Quality Of Life Alliance

A group of elected officials, labor leaders, transit advocates, parks supporters, business men and women, and every day citizens who are deeply concerned about the future of Milwaukee County and all of Southeastern Wisconsin have formed a group that is called the Quality of Life Alliance.
Their mission is to promote the quality of life in the area. This includes advocating for the sales tax referendum that will be on the ballot on November 4th. It will reduce the property tax while maintaining and improving mass transit and the parks, including the zoo, the museum, and the Mitchell Domes.
Check out their facts page, as well as their FAQs page.
And vote yes on November 4th.

  1. Thanks for the info, Cap. I'm glad to see a group forming to protect what's left of a once-proud public parks and transit network.
