Will It Be Nippy In Wisconsin Soon?

Newly elected State Representative Sandy Pasch testified today in favor of a law that would protect mothers who breastfeed their babies from harassment.

I don't have much to say on the subject, except that I don't think most women would be in the habit of gratuitously exposing themselves when they are feeding their babies. And the women that would expose themselves gratuitously usually don't need the excuse of breastfeeding to do so. Just look at N'Orleans on Mardi Gras to see what I mean.

I just found the timing interesting given the recent exposure to the controversy of Facebook wanting to limit pictures of mothers breastfeeding.

  1. Kid needs to be fed, right? Feed the kid. It develops a closer bond and is healthier for the kid. My only advice to mom would be to use some common sense. Otherwise, what's the problem?
