I've Been Noticing...

When a Democratic politician does something stupid and/or illegal, the liberals, generally speaking, will call him on it. This was done in the cases of ex-mayor Gary Becker and ex-Milwaukee alderman Michael McGee, Jr.

When a Republican politician does something stupid and/or illegal, all of sudden they throw him or her under the bus, like they are doing to Bush (they are now saying, he really wasn't a conservative), as Dad29 does in this post.

Is this just more of them turning to fighting amongst themselves, or are they that scared of looking at themselves honestly?

  1. Psst. Bush wasn't 100% conservative. Some folks would say he was barely 25%. All a matter of degrees I suppose. And you know me...none of 'em are conservative enough for my taste. Heh.

  2. That's why you scare me. When and if you come back here to the promised land, instead of smacking me around, you should meet my dad.

I wonder which one of you would out-conservative the other.

He calls himself a neocon. It's amazing I came out as rational and intelligent as I am. :)
