Campaigning From The Courtroom

Scott Walker has already told his press release agency, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, that he will be attending portions of the Mercer trial.

Word is that the first appearance will be today, when he is planning on sitting at the plaintiff's table during the opening comments, which is reported to start today. The idea is for the county's attorneys to say something to the effect of the evidence being so damningly clear that even Walker was convinced to proceed with the lawsuit.

Not bad showmanship for someone who had to be dragged into the lawsuit kicking and screaming.

I just hope that Walker's campaigning from the courtroom doesn't come back to bite the County's case in the arse.

More details on this case coming up at a later time (or even a later date).
