Sean Duhhhhhfy

By Jeff Simpson

So this happened:

Then this happened:

As the Army continues to investigate whether Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is guilty of deserting his unit, this afternoon they said there is no reason to believe that Bergdahl engaged in any misconduct during his five years in captivity.
In fact, that's all that the Army said:
We have no reason to believe that he engaged in any misconduct."

Nuff said.

  1. Duffy, playing the role of prosecutor. Let him prosecute our lying criminal governor instead.

  3. Sean Duffy plays his part well. He reads from a prepared script talking point after talking point. He doesn't care that U.S, prisoners of war needs to know that our nation will honor the promise to leave no man behind.

For republicans like Duffy he would have us only honor that pledge IF the GOP thinks the the POW deserves it based on their skewed values of their rights and who is a true American.

They would not leave one stone unturned to rescue one of their own "patriots". Patriots as define by only their standards.

To have not recovered Sgt. Bergdahl would have been tantamount to finding him guilty without due process and the benefit of being heard by a jury of his peers.

The fact that Mr Duffy (a lawyer) seems to feel comfortable ignoring the Constitution, the UCMJ, international treaties and the Geneva Convention so they (GOP) can blame the black man in the White House for exchanging foreign POW's for one of our own…. is disgraceful behavior Mr. Duffy.

Sgt. Bergdahl will now have the opportunity to be heard. If guilty he will be punished according to the UCMJ. Regardless he deserves to be home BEFORE he can be found guilty.

This veteran believes every POW should be brought home.

    1. Republicans were character assassinating Bergdahl before the facts were known, except for the fact that President Obama was responsible for freeing an American POW. The behavior of Republicans and right wing media in this affair is lower than despicable.

  5. Is Duffy really a lawyer? Hard to believe. But then again, Rudolph Randa and Rick Esenberg could be his role models for "attorney-like" behavior when it comes to obfuscation and misdirection.

    1. Sadly the answer is yes. He was Ashland County DA. That office seems to be the feeder source for RW ideologues. Before Duffy J.B Van Hollen and Michael Gableman. Don't know who they are Google them.
