The Ghost of Walker Yet To Come

By Jeff Simpson

Scott Walker will let you know he wants to do to the country what he has done to Wisconsin.

He even has the ad to prove it!

Scott Walker is so proud of his accomplishments that he is showcasing them here for all of the world to see.  In order to survive as a middle class family, you need two job(at least).

At 1;19 Mr. Smith is working at the factory for $11/hr, hoping to get in 30+ hours so he will be able to keep his healthcare and his son with diabetes and his daughter with Asthma, the care and meds that they need:

Immediately after his shift is over Mr. Smith has to do the McDonalds drive thru value menu to grab a bite to eat and head to his second job.  He run a local store, which has been in the family for 4 generations but now employs a bare bones staff and forces him to work an extra 30+ hours a week to keep the doors open.  He occasionally wishes that WEDC would hand him $7,000,000 in taxpayer money to open his business, instead of the out of state company that wants to relocate here and is trying to put him out of business.

At least he gets to work with his wife and they get to take turns watching their sons plays and their daughters basketball games.  Well the home ones anyway.

I know you will say, what a great hard worker he is, working 70 hours a week.  He knows what its like to be a true American.  Agreed! What could possibly go wrong with working multiple jobs?

We at Cogdis were not able to ge ta full interview with Mr. Smith, apparently once the owners broke the union, the break times went away also.   However, we were able to ask him, with as much as he works, how is he able to keep such a big smile on his face?

H/T Rebecca and Nicole for catching and capturing this!

  1. The LIV's will love it - LOVE it, canned applause and all!

  2. Made me throw up a little in my mouth. He would be a super hero if he had actually done all of the things that he recites in this commercial, but clearly he hasn't, especially when it comes to creating jobs and turning deficits into surpluses.

  3. These are more examples why Walker needed to delete "search for truth." GOP voters will believe every word of Walker's commercials because the "liberal media," aka fact based media, should not be believed.

  4. True to Walker's sociopathic tendencies, he presents himself as he sees himself, which is absolutely nothing like his actual self. I'm just surprised he didn't put out an ad yet showing himself talking with Jesus. The whole Christian thing he pretends he cares about is what really chaps my hide.

  5. Walker's egotistical son Matt gets out of Marquette during Dad's governorship and what do you bet Dad gets him a high paying job? If you think Scott Walker is trouble - his son Matt will eclipse him in the ego department. Matt has some style and is way more attractive than Dad. God help us if this kid gets his hands on taxpayer money! I'm telling my kids to move out of this state. No future here. My husband and I will retire out of this state, not sustainable for fixed income residents with Walker's sham budget and the legislature giving themselves a hefty per diem raise. My husband has had a flat income for over 10 years...but he doesn't get a cent more. This state is going to hell.

    1. Be nice-do not go after families without a specific allegation. Walker is fair game.

  6. The gov. needs better advisors that know what is going on, and will tell him no to bad ideas.

Walker, "And our budget provides more security to people like them all over the state."

    1. Cutting 3rd shift prison guards is the set-up to create an incident, by which Republicons will be able to claim that state employees just cannot do the job and use that as an excuse to privatize WI corrections operations statewide, top to bottom.

  7. Did anyone else notice the cadences of Walkers speech? They are reminiscent of a well known political leader from the 1930's?

    1. I can't listen long enough because his speech impediment, blending of letters and lack of enunciation becomes intolerable. Then he refers to "we" instead of "I" and I have to turn it off.

  9. Don't forget that many of the images in the commercial are from Europe. One of the people is a full blooded Cuban in stock footage owned by an Italian company.

  10. Scott Walker has everything figured out. He travels to various locations around the country and tells stories and sets his pants on fire. However, he does not burn his genitalia because he wears asbestos thinsulate. His idea of a good time is to make poor people pee in a cup so their children can go hungry. He hates trains, but loves to take rides in state cars with his bodyguards. I know this because I once saw him hang his head out the window on I-94 like a retarded beagle. His ears were flapping and a bumble bee was stuck to his forehead. He did not need higher education and neither do your kids. He hates teachers and protesters because he has a small penis. Just ask Tonette or one of his bodyguards. He wants to be a TV Star. I know this because he really likes money. He spends all his time raising it so that he can buy lots and lots of commercials on TV. His latest goal is to be a TV Star in Iowa. His favorite color is red except for bucky red. He hate bucky red, but likes red ink. He buys it by the barrel for his state budgets. I can tell you a lot more about Scott Walker, but Mom says I got to go to bed. I don't believe her because voucher school is really easy, no science and we won all the wars and kicked snot out of commies because of the republicans. More later.

    1. Can someone please answer why hardworking taxpayers pay Scott Walker to campaign for 2016?? If he doesn't show up for work, as his wages are paid by us, shouldn't we be able to fire him for job abandonment? I need to look up the law on this. Does anyone know why Walker can use taxpayer money for self promotion?
