There was a time, not too long ago, when Scott Walker let everyone in Wisconsin know that he wanted to be Governor of Wisconsin for the next four years. That might be the last time he has actually been in WI.

Is there anything more sad than watching someone who has been given such power and responsibility to run a state, completely shirk their duties and pander and grovel all over the country?
