As I wrote late last week, Elon Musk has made a number of edgy proposals to give two random adherents $1 million each for either voting in the Supreme Court election in Wisconsin or for signing a petition that Musk is circulating, deriding activist judges.
WI Attorney General Josh Kaul sued to stop the cash awards saying that they violated state election laws. Well the courts, so far, haven't agreed and now Kaul has asked the WI Supreme Court to weigh in before Musk's appearance later today in Green Bay.
Josh: Let him make the payments and then arrest him as he leaves the venue. It'll make some interesting email reading when he files his five things I did last week report...
And if you are concerned about a safe place to stash him until the preliminary court appearance, let me make a suggestion:
