Someone Get The Shackles Out For Kramer

It is being reported that the Dalai Lama is going to be in the Capitol next week to briefly address the legislature before giving a larger address at the University of Wisconsin.

This shows the wisdom of the Dalai Lama in that he is aware to save the brief remarks for those with the lesser intellectual capacity and the real address for the people with greater intelligence and more open minds.

But with the Dalai Lama being all about peace and helping others and not focusing on material wealth, it's almost a surety that State Representative Bill Kramer (R-Time Out Room) will have another temper tantrum.  

To avoid that, I would suggest that the authorities make sure that Kramer is unarmed so he can't shoot anyone and shackled so that he can't embarrass our state again.

And while they're at it, they might as well make sure that James Wigderson is in his happy place as well before he accidentally shoots his mouth off again too.
