Johnny & Jane Reb for Assembly

By Jeff Simpson

Two Republican Wisconsin Assembly candidates are on record saying they would support nullification.   Well one (Nancy Vendermeer - candidate 70th district) said she would support it and one (Scott Krug - 72nd district) said he would sponsor it(amphasis mine)!

Nancy:

The questionnaire from Campaign for Liberty, a political organization founded by former Texas Rep. Ron Paul, asked candidates, "Will you support legislation to nullify ObamaCare and authorize state and local law enforcement to arrest federal officials attempting to implement the unconstitutional health care scheme known as ObamaCare?"

Vandermeer responded to the questionnaire saying she would support such legislation.
Scott:

Rep. Scott Krug, R-Nekoosa, also responded to the questionnaire in 2012, going one step further saying he would sponsor such legislation.

Both candidates now say they were taken out of context, because both of the statements "Yes I support it" and "I would not only support it, I would sponsor it"  are so hard to comprehend.

Professor Ed Miller explains this very well:

"This was settled by the Civil War," said Ed Miller, professor of political science and public policy at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. "We fought a war, and at least I thought the North won. You can't do this, and individuals who suggest this are treading pretty close to essentially illegal activity.

"To say you're not going to abide by the laws of the United States, because that is essentially what you're saying, is pretty close to treasonist," Miller said.

Come on Wisconsin, are you really going to vote for Johnny and Jane Reb???

Here are Krug and Vandermeer in their campaign kickoff photo's!

Please do the right thing and elect Amy Sue Vruwink(70th) and Dana Duncan(72nd)!

Treasonous Dick

By Jeff Simpson

The Nixon tapes have been out there a while and Thom Hartmann has actually pointed this out before, but this is the first time that I have seen it in print to share it.

Tapes dating back to the last days of the Johnson administration reveal that Lyndon Johnson knew of a plan by Richard Nixon to thwart Vietnam peace talks so the war wouldn’t end until he could get into office.
According to the tapes, Johnson learned through FBI wiretaps that Nixon had played a role in getting South Vietnam to withdraw from peace talks in Paris that would effectively end the Vietnam War, and was therefore guilty of treason…
Johnson found out that Nixon had reached out to Anna Chennault, one of his senior campaign officials, to convince South Vietnam Ambassador Bui Diem to pull out of peace talks until after the election, according to the BBC.
Accusations of Nixon’s influence in the peace conference have been reported before, but the tapes provide a look at how the situation was handled by Johnson.
Without an end to the Vietnam War by Election Day, Nixon was voted into the White House.
Johnson could be heard saying on one particular recording that Nixon, another fan of White House audio recordings who would resign the presidency in 1974, had ‘blood on his hands.’
During a conversation with Senator Everett Dirksen of Illinois, Johnson, referring to people close to Nixon, and said, ‘This is treason.’ Dirksen was the Republican leader in the Senate.
n a call to Sen Richard Russell of Georgia, Johnson says: ‘We have found that our friend, the Republican nominee, our California friend, has been playing on the outskirts with our enemies and our friends both, he has been doing it through rather subterranean sources.’

I wonder how many of the 58,282 dead Americans would have been able to survive if not for Richard Nixon and the rights blind ambition.    I personally would like to see everywhere we have his name on a Government building, get the Joe Paterno treatment!

I think it is safe to say    Worst! President! EVER!

Walker Commits Treason!

Scott Walker issued a response* to President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address (emphasis mine):
"It's disappointing that tonight's State of the Union Address glossed over the serious fiscal problems facing our nation and failed to deliver an honest plan for real reform in America.

"In Wisconsin, we faced our challenges head on and implemented reforms that eliminated a $3.6 billion deficit and created a healthy surplus without raising taxes. We're developing our workforce, creating jobs and lowering our unemployment rate. Real reform is happening on the state level; but in order to move our country forward, President Obama can no longer ignore the overwhelming economic troubles looming over our nation. Enacting Wisconsin-like reforms will move our economy forward and put American families first."
Walker is advocating for the destruction of the United States, just as his actions have sent Wisconsin into a death spiral.

Wishing your country ill is treason, by all definitions. Someone needs to arrest that man.**

*Again, unless it's the words "Guilty, Your Honor," does anyone really care what Walker has to say anymore?

**I use that term loosely.
