I will be back in time to join the fray again just before Election Day, although I don't think much will change. The Republicans and the right wing bloggers will become increasingly desperate and increasingly absurd in their negativity. And to be frankly honest with you, I'd rather listen to the whine of a leaf blower than the whine of Charlie Sykes.

Why rake leaves? Shouldn't they just somehow re---apply into the ground like poop does? Perhaps, just maybe leaves are good for the soil? And quite possibly there is no need to get rid of the leaves, allowing you more time to be here --- there --- everywhere!

But for the leaves, they are indeed good for the grass, in limited quantities. There are just too much, and they would end up killing the grass first.
