From The President of the United States? And the Republicans don't think they have a mental health issue??

 I was just going to leave this one alone but it's picking up steam on social media.

So the President of the United States not only wants to occupy an American city but actually is declaring war on it? 

P.S. some veterans are also finding fault with this as stolen valor.
