How can it possibly be that the governor and lieutenant governor of the Dairy State don't know how to eat a cream puff?
Or maybe they're just demonstrating the income inequality that they have helped create.

Speaking Of Outsourcing...
Today was the first day of the Wisconsin State Fair.As the gentle reader would imagine, it was full of food, animals and politicians.
Both Mary Burke and Scott Walker were there.
Do you suppose they might have had a friendly outsourced cream puff eating contest?

Walker Blows Smoke Up Our Dairy Air
This is another unbelievable bit from Scott Walker's most recent weekly newsletter:
Hmm, not quite the same style as the Fitzgerald boys, but pretty disgusting all the same.
My only question is why is he wearing a University of Wisconsin shirt when the cream for the puffs is coming from Illinois?
Walker's so committed that this past weekend, he was at State Fair Park to hand out Wisconsin's traditional cream puffs. And being so faithful to the state, he couldn't help but sample one of the puffs himself.June is Dairy Month in the State of Wisconsin! Agriculture is one of
Wisconsin’s biggest economic engines, and dairy production is a vital component of our state’s economy. Wisconsin’s dairy industry contributes more than $26.5 billion to our economy a year and employs more than 146,000 people.
Last year, after discussions with our state’s dairy leaders, I announced the “Grow Wisconsin Dairy 30x20” plan, which set a goal of achieving an annual milk production of 30 billion pounds by the year 2020. This ambitious, but attainable, goal seeks to improve the long-term viability of Wisconsin’s dairy industry to meet the growing demand of the marketplace and help Wisconsin dairy farmers increase business.
So far, the “30x20” plan has distributed nearly $200,000 in grants to over 40 recipients across the state. The grants will help farmers increase profitability by improving milk quality and plan for future investments, including pasture irrigation systems and projects related to infrastructure improvement.
With the “Grow Wisconsin Dairy 30x20” plan, we’re laying the foundation for future growth in our dairy industry, ensuring Wisconsin remains “America’s Dairyland” for generations to come.
Hmm, not quite the same style as the Fitzgerald boys, but pretty disgusting all the same.

Wisconsin State Fair, Now With Illinois Cream Puffs!
When one thinks of the Wisconsin State Fair, there are some traditional things that come to mind automatically:
They are so iconic that local TV and radio stations will use them as promotional
tie ins. Each year, the Fair sells hundreds of thousands of cream puffs during its ten day run.
So now with just two months to go, we find that Scott Walker, who has ruined so many of the things that used to make this state great, has now taken away our cream puffs:
But to not even be able to find one dairy company from Wisconsin that could supply the cream is unbelievable.
But if the Wisconsin State Fair cream puffs are now from Illinois, I shudder to think what the Governor's Auction is going to look like.
- The farm animals
- Fried cheese curds
- Herb Kohl's milk stand
- The midway
- Getting a baked potato
- The music
- Racing pigs

Illinois-based Prairie Farms is the new official cream supplier of the Wisconsin State Fair cream puffs. It is common knowledge that Scott Walker is an epic failure.
The fair needed a new supplier after Golden Guernsey went out of business in January.
But to not even be able to find one dairy company from Wisconsin that could supply the cream is unbelievable.
