It's Been Friday The Thirteenth All Week

Today is Friday the 13th for most people. For me, it is the end of a week of Friday the 13ths. Sunday, a coworker who had died way too young was buried.

Sunday night, a neighbor of the northern castle called to tell us someone had done some minor vandalism to the castle. According to the neighbor, the words were misspelled and didn't make sense, but were not complimentary. Does anyone know the whereabouts of Scott Walker last weekend?

Tuesday morning, another friend passed away suddenly.

The rest of the week was filled with the usual frustrations of dealing with doctors, uncooperative insurance companies (yeah, this system is so good), and just bad timing of events.

Until last night, when my computer decided to start to act up again. After the patient help of the tech support at the protection ware company, and several hours of scrubbing the inner workings of this dang machine, I think it is all good again. But now I will be busy today between meetings, shopping, a funeral and packing in prep to go assess the damage (it sounds like it is minor, fortunately), I will try to throw a few things up.

Sorry for the inconvenience to my 7.3 readers.
