Remember a couple of years ago when Scott Walker, "dropped the bomb" and
a bunch of teachers called in sick to head to the Capitol to protest?
Re
member how the right wing lunatics in our state went crazy when schools had to be cancelled because the teachers were protesting their government?
If you "inappropriately" called in sick the day of to miss work, many were even disciplined!
In Racine, district spokeswoman Stacy Tapp also said that any of the 400
teachers absent on Thursday who called in sick inappropriately or took
an unannounced personal day would be disciplined.
Apparently that doesn't apply to every public worker in this state as this was just posted on facebook:
Governor Scott Walker
Tonette wants me to continue my tradition of taking Matt and Alex to opening day. Her dad would love it.
I guess unlike the public education teachers in our state, this Scott Walker guy does not have a very important job (completely paid for by the taxpayers) and so there is no need for him to head to the office or even plan ahead when he wants to have a day off.
Lucky him, because the rest of us are fighting to improve our state from the
dismal ratings and job reports we keep getting!
Seriously though:
I
hope all of the people who were so vile towards teachers for missing a
day to protest flood the Governors office telling him he needs to be at
his job and that his kids need to be in the classroom learning! Phone.
(608) 266-1212.
Play Ball!
