I love Bernie, but we must assume Hillary is going to be the nominee, and after witnessing the gruesome hundred car pile-up that is the Republican field, I for one am not going to stand idly by and let Hillary blow this thing, and yes, the situation is dire.
Her positives are in free fall with only 37 percent of Americans now viewing Hillary favorably, and 57 percent say she's not trustworthy. If an election were held today, she'd lose key battleground states to Scott Walker, a man who looks like a drunk in a silent movie who's just been punched by mistake.
By now we all know what happened with Graeme Zielinski, he posted a couple tweets where he as trying to point out that Scott Walker spent so much money on his legal defense firm, that it dwarfed the money spent by our most famous criminal Jeffrey Dahmer. It was a poor comparison, the righties went crazy and Graeme was demoted!
This story raises an interesting point:
libs are hacked off that Graeme is still drawing a paycheck. That part
is really hard to figure, although I have my suspicions. I suspect a
legal liability issue is keeping the DPW from terminating him, but I
wouldn't go beyond that here.
I also disagree that the difference this time was the Journal
Sentinel ran a story. Everybody knew about Graeme Zielinski. The
difference is he offended a constituency libs are supposed to care
about; the families of crime victims. Libs don't care about Scott Walker
and they don't care what Zielinski said about him.
UPDATE: In an interview, he said he was being targeted for criticism because he is a conservative.
"It can't be recognized that I understand white privilege," Bader said. He added that it wouldn't be a story if liberals Bill Maher or Ed Schultz told the same joke because the media would immediately understand what they were saying.
On Monday morning,Bader spent a half-hour on his show saying he was being unfairly accused of being racist simply for mangling the joke.
Besides he isnt racist, he has a black friend( or at least he possibly once voted for a black man).
He pointed out such things as the fact that his wife is an
Asian-Pacific Islander and that he once voted for Democratic
presidential candidate Jesse Jackson. He also said he exposed a Green Bay alderman who made racist remarks on the show in 2005 while using a fake name.
This isn't the first time the conservative news commentator has made headlines. In 2009, he retracted his claim that then-Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton had decided not to run for governor because of an extramarital affair. He issued an apology and served a two-week suspension.

Described by many pundits as the top intellectual mind of the
Republican Party, Ryan excels in economic and fiscal policies. He’s a
policy wonk for sure, but also possesses the finesse to communicate his
ideas in a relatable format.
Granted, thebar is not very high, however, outside of schneider(who once compared Paul Ryan to Batman, no kidding), and Rodriguez you would be hard find to find "many" more people to describe Paul that way, especially since his convention speech. You will however find "many" who would call Paul ryan a fraud(27,900,000 google matches to be exact). From Chuck Schumer, to Paul Krugman to Bill Maher and many others.
But Ryan’s ideas and voting record are now the subject to national
scrutiny by journalists, bloggers, economists, think tank analysts, and
partisan advocacy organizations. What can a debate with an untested
county supervisor add to the national discussion?
Umm Aaron, Paul ryan is also running to be congressman from the 1st Congressional District of Wisconsin. Ryan understands that his prospects of becoming VP are not looking good, so he hedged his bets and bought $2,000,000 worth of ad buys. So he must feel the need to get his "message" out to the voters of the First Congressional District. WHat is $2 MILLION dollar ad buy going to ad to the "national debate"?
Ryan has not been timid about his
views on pretty much anything from entitlement spending to tax reform.
For years, Ryan has sounded the fiscal alarm, introducing multiple
budgetary plans that sought to reform third rail issues like Medicare,
Medicaid, and Social Security.
Yes Ryan loves to talk about his "views" on almost anything, as long as he can control the debate and the questions. If he does at least he understands his weakness and refuses to ever answer a question from someone who he does not know!
If Ryan refuses a debate Rob Zerban, it’s not because he’s ducking a
challenge by a formidable opponent. It’s because the debate is
unnecessary. Debates tend to prove two things: who has the better ideas
and who is better at communicating them. Fortunately for Ryan, he has
skills in both areas.
Ryan declined to address Obama's charge that he was among House
Republicans "standing in the way" of legislation designed to help the
drought-stricken heartland. He said only that he would get into "those
policy things later." "Right now I just want to enjoy the fair," he said.
Mr. Transparency and exchange of ideas!
Even if Zerban were a quick study and proficient at communicating, the
debate would likely be a wash. If he’s not particularly adroit, he’ll
last about as long with Ryan as a balloon in a room full of kittens.
Critics of Mitt
Romney's tax reform plan say his proposal leaves out too many details,
but Paul Ryan, the Republican presidential nominee's running mate, says
keeping the proposal vague gives it the best chance for passage through
Congress.
During an interview with Christian Broadcasting Network's David Brody,
Ryan said Romney is following Ronald Reagan's playbook by not divulging
the details about what specific tax loopholes he would close and the
rates that would be set under his administration. Ryan said the reason
is "because we want to get it done."
It does take a lot of balls to tell people we will not tell you what your plan is as a politician UNTIL your elected. The "just trust me" approach, has a hard time working with someone who is a well known liar!
So to wrap up, let's be perfectly clear. Paul Ryan (R-Ayn Rand), is ducking a debate with Rob Zerban because he is scared of losing his Congressional seat. Paul Ryan enjoys the wonders of a government paycheck every week.

Jonathan Krohn took the political world by storm at 2009’s Conservative Political Action Conference
when, at just 13 years old, he delivered an impromptu rallying cry for
conservatism that became a viral hit and had some pegging him as a
future star of the Republican Party.
Now 17, Krohn — who went on to write a book, “Defining Conservatism,” that was blurbed by the likes of Newt Gingrich
and Bill Bennett — still watches that speech from time to time, but it
mostly makes him cringe because, well, he’s not a conservative anymore.
Then the former republican golden boy gives his thoughts on the former 13 year old right wing star, but his inner reflection could also be a nice review of the right wing hate sqaukers who are only one trick ponies.
“I think it was naive,” Krohn now says of the speech. “It’s a
13-year-old kid saying stuff that he had heard for a long time.… I live
in Georgia.
We’re inundated with conservative talk in Georgia.… The speech was
something that a 13-year-old does. You haven’t formed all your opinions.
You’re really defeating yourself if you think you have all of your
ideas in your head when you were 12 or 13. It’s impossible. You haven’t
done enough.”
Krohn is basically saying that when all you hear is one thing your whole life all you do is parrot it you have no idea the nuances of an issue. So what is the cure to this? Education of course!
“One of the first things that changed was that I stopped being a
social conservative,” said Krohn. “It just didn’t seem right to me
anymore. From there, it branched into other issues, everything from
health care to economic issues.… I think I’ve changed a lot, and it’s
not because I’ve become a liberal from being a conservative — it’s just
that I thought about it more. The issues are so complex, you can’t just
go with some ideological mantra for each substantive issue.”
Krohn is bucking the received wisdom that people become more
conservative as they get older, a shift he attributes partly to
philosophy.
“I started reflecting on a lot of what I wrote, just thinking about
what I had said and what I had done and started reading a lot of other
stuff, and not just political stuff,” Krohn said. “I started getting
into philosophy — Nietzsche, Wittgenstein, Kant and lots of other German
philosophers. And then into present philosophers — Saul Kripke, David
Chalmers. It was really reading philosophy that didn’t have anything to
do with politics that gave me a breather and made me realize that a lot
of what I said was ideological blather that really wasn’t meaningful. It
wasn’t me thinking. It was just me saying things I had heard so long
from people I thought were interesting and just came to believe for some
reason, without really understanding it. I understood it enough to talk
about it but not really enough to have a conversation about it.”
Open your mind, think critically and continue your education and all of sudden the republican philosophy and politicians just are not so interesting or exciting anymore.
Woodall is part of the large freshman class that came into Congress
in 2010 — many of them backed by the Tea Party movement. Sunlight's
Drutman says this infusion of new members looks to be part of the reason
for the overall grade-level decline.
"Particularly
among the newest members of Congress, as you move out from the center
and toward either end of the political spectrum, the grade level goes
down, and that pattern is particularly pronounced on the right," he
says.
Of the 10 members speaking at the lowest grade level, all but two are freshmen, and every one is a Republican.
Then Bill Maher, in one of his best "new rules" segments, started out with a 14 year old right wing talk show host and had this to say about the current republican party:
