Name That Tool

Since the first round of name that tool went so well (thanks again to gnarlytrombone), here is the next rendition:


It's hard to see, but the lower mandible has the tip bent downward. At first, it reminded me of one of those things that you use to move burning pieces of firewood around, but the handles are too short, and the mandibles are too small.


The jaws are thin and do not have a gripping surface, so it would not be good to use has a pliers or a wrench. They are also too dull to be used for any kind of pruner.

Any guesses?
