Democracy Returns To Wisconsin, WISGOP Has A Meltdown

Sean Duffy's officially left Congress on Monday. He was resigning reportedly to stay home with a baby he and his wife were expecting in October, which had already been diagnosed with special needs.

On the same day, Governor Tony Evers set the special election to replace Duffy:
Gov. Tony Evers on Monday called for a special election in January to fill the vacancy in northern Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District. The announcement came the same day U.S. Rep. Sean Duffy, R-Weston, resigned the position.

“Our rural communities have been directly affected by unproductive trade wars, political attacks on health care and public education, and economic uncertainty because of the volatility we’re seeing in Washington, D.C.,” Evers said in a statement announcing the Jan. 27 special election. “The people of Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District deserve to have a voice in Congress, which is why I am calling for a special election to occur quickly to ensure the people of the 7th Congressional District have representation as soon as possible.
If a primary is needed, it will be held on December 30.

The Republicans immediately sprung into action by mewling about it, making broad and baseless accusation and, of course, fundraising:

While Evers said the special election date was chosen in order to fill the open seat as soon as possible, Mark Jefferson, executive director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, was critical of the governor’s selection.
“(Evers) called for a special election on a Monday over the holidays in order to shield his party from rural voters during the spring election,” Jefferson said in a statement. “Governor Evers knows the problems that come with holding an election in 26 counties during the holidays, but he doesn’t care. Clerks are already burdened by existing end-of-year priorities such as budgets and property taxes, along with reviewing nomination papers for local offices.”
They also added gripes about the cost of having the special election.

Their complaints is foolish. The spring elections would be actually more beneficial to the Democrats, since that is when Wisconsin's presidential primary is. There is guaranteed to be a much bigger turnout in the spring than over the holidays (if a primary is needed) and in the dead of winter.

But not all Democrats are pleased about the choice either, as Ruth Conniff of Wisconsin Examiner, reports:
The January election date is not ideal, according to at least one Democrat, U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Black Earth).

“If you have a primary or a general around Christmas … you get terrible turnout because real people don’t think about primary elections, they think about the holidays,” Pocan said in a conversation with reporters on Sept. 4, during which he was asked what would be the best election date in the 7th district for Democrats.

The best way to schedule the election, he said, was to “piggyback” the dates on already-scheduled elections, with a primary in February and a general election in April. “You don’t want to add elections,” Pocan said. “We like elections; most people don’t.”

“If you start putting a bunch of elections, especially at Christmas time or in other months, you’re not going to get turnout and that doesn’t benefit anyone,” Pocan added. “You should want as many people as possible to participate.”
One of the real reasons that the Republicans have their undies in a bundle over this special election is because they know that the party choice to replace Duffy, State Senator Tom Tiffany, is a strong Trump supporter and with Trump failing and flailing fast, they're afraid it's not going to go well for them because it would be an early referendum on Trump.

The other reason they're upset is because they are pining for the good old days, when they didn't have to worry about the voters. Y'know, like that time that Scott Walker was so scared of giving the people their voice that he refused to hold special elections in the beginning of 2018, until he was ordered by the courts - numerous times - to set the dates.

Duffy Has Meltdown Trying To Defend Trump's Racism

On Tuesday, leading up to the final vote on the resolution saying what we've known all along, that Trump is a racist bastard, former reality TV star Sean Duffy, from Wisconsin, took the floor to defend Trump and deny that he is really a racist. In a matter of a minute or two, Duffy escalated quickly into a full meltdown and ending up calling "The Squad" as being anti-American:
Duffy defended Trump on the floor, saying the president’s remarks could not be racist because they did not cite anyone’s race.

Duffy then went on to accuse the four Democrats criticized by Trump of being anti-American.

“I see nothing (in Trump’s tweets) that references anybody’s race. Not a thing! I don’t see anyone’s name referenced in the tweets,” Duffy said.

“But the president is referring to people, congresswomen, who are anti-American! And lo and behold, everybody in this chamber knows who he’s talking about,” Duffy said.
Duffy got so far out of hand that Representative Pramillya Jayapal (D-Washington) had to ask that Duffy's comments be stricken from the record because they were "defamatory."

However, on Wednesday, Duffy became a profile in courage by saying that his comments were "misinterpreted" and threw Trump under the bus:
Duffy said in the interview Wednesday that when he said, “the president’s referring to people, congresswomen, who are anti-American,” he was referring to Trump’s characterization of those House members as anti-American, not making the charge himself.

Duffy said he was making an argument that if Trump accused unnamed Democrats of being anti-American, and it was widely assumed by Democrats and by journalists that Trump was referring to these four lawmakers, then for Democrats and the media, “they are the four that must match the definition.”

Asked in the interview Wednesday if he thinks those four congresswomen are anti-American, Duffy said, “I think those four have made anti-American comments. I’ve never called them anti-American.”

[...]

Asked in the interview Wednesday if he thinks Trump’s tweets went too far, Duffy said, “I wouldn’t use the president’s language or the president’s tone. I’ve always said that. But did I think he’s making a point that you have some people who don’t like this country and make anti-American comments? I don’t think he went too far (in that regard)."
Duffy should really know better, being a former reality TV star and all. The minute he goes off script, he really makes a fool of himself.

The The Three Stooges Of Wisconsin

By Jeff Simpson

H/T James Rowen @Political Environment:

The House approved a bill helping fellow Americans out in dire times of need:

The House, dismissing concern for the rising cost, approved a $36.5 billion aid package on Thursday that would provide hurricane and wildfire relief funding while bailing out the financially troubled National Flood Insurance Program.
The aid package would also help Puerto Rico’s financially beleaguered government avoid running out of cash in the wake of Hurricane Maria. Conditions there remain dire, with most of the island still without power three weeks after the storm hit.
The House approved the bill 353 to 69, with all of the no votes coming from Republicans.

69 No Votes and we personally know 3 of them.

The first is NO  Vote is Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, who tweeted this out not that long ago.

Thanks to the , the volunteers & for the amazing outpouring of support for those impacted by

The second No Vote from WI is Congressman Sean Duffy , fresh off a win by the SCOTUS allowing Congress to pray before their session starts, proudly voted no on natural disaster relief.

Oct 11More.: "Congressman Sean Duffy Supports Assistance and Accountability for "

The third Wisconsin NO Vote was Rep. Mike Gallagher.  I have no "Thoughts and prayers" tweet to link to because apparently he didn't send anyone thoughts or prayers.

Is someone who is not scared to spend money on anything but helping fellow Americans the people we want representing us in Congress?

We can make up for our mistakes next November!

Is Eric O'Keefe Russian?

By Jeff Simpson

Information has come out that Russian linked Facebook ads, targeting Michigan and Wisconsin were used to help the GOP win last November.

A number of Russian-linked Facebook ads specifically targeted Michigan and Wisconsin, two states crucial to Donald Trump's victory last November, according to four sources with direct knowledge of the situation.
Some of the Russian ads appeared highly sophisticated in their targeting of key demographic groups in areas of the states that turned out to be pivotal, two of the sources said. The ads employed a series of divisive messages aimed at breaking through the clutter of campaign ads online, including promoting anti-Muslim messages, sources said.

Dark money, originated in Russia, was used to make sure that in Wisconsin, The Donald, RoJo, Paul Ryan, Sean Duffy, Mike Gallagher, etc...were elected to populate the swamp.

We in WI had no idea that the Russians were trying to get our friends on the right elected.

How could we not know?

The Answer is simple really, because Freedom.

See the right wing has amazingly turned money into free speech and have millions of dollars of free speech to blow.

It was hard to distinguish between Russian backed propaganda and Eric O'Keefe or Bradley Foundation backed propaganda.   Between the Putins flunkies, Wisconsin Club for Growth, Americas PAC , Maciver InstituteRight Wisconsin, Media Trackkkers, Bradley Foundation, etc..

It is hard to distinguish, because they all have the same agenda and want the same ending.

Republican control of our country.

Maybe when you have the same exact agenda as Vladimir Putin, It sure is not to Make America Great Again!

Sean Duffy Kills Gabby Giffords

By Jeff Simpson

Wisconsin's own "reality"TV star, turned dancer, turned lumberjack, turned Congressman, just killed a former peer without breaking a sweat.   When being pushed on why White Terrorism is not a concern but POC terrorism is something to hide behind your couch because of, Mr, Duffy, tries to save some face by pointing out that White Terrorism comes only from the Left.

His exact line is "look at Gabby Giffords, a Marxist, a leftist took here life."

The biggest problem with Duffy's Alternative facts is that Ms. Giffords, is very much alive.  Another problem with Mr. Duffys garbling is that Jared Lee Loughner, the person who shot Ms. Giffords, is far from a marxist, leftist.   As a matter of fact, while he was not really political, he was paranoid along the lines of our friends on the extreme right.

The director of research on hate groups for the Southern Poverty Law Center noted that Loughner's political positions were a "hallmark of the far right and the militia movement."[44] In the aftermath of the shooting, the Anti-Defamation League reviewed messages by Loughner, and concluded that there was a "disjointed theme that runs through Loughner's writings", which was a "distrust for and dislike of the government." It "manifested itself in various ways" – for instance, in the belief that the government used the control of language and grammar to brainwash people, the notion that the government was creating "infinite currency" without the backing of gold and silver, or the assertion that NASA was faking spaceflights.

Those pesky facts.  However it is much better to be thought of us the fool he is than the unbelievable racist thing that came out of his mouth earlier(emphasis mine):

At that point, Duffy dismisses the Oklahoma City bombing as irrelevant to the discussion because it happened 20 years ago. He argues that the past ten years have presented only rare instances of white extremists committing terrorism. In doing so, he doesn’t take Aurora, Sandy Hook, or Colorado Springs into account, and when Camerota brings up how the Charleston church shooter was a white extremist, all Duffy can do is sputter, “Yeah, h-h-h-he was, okay?”Of the Charleston massacre, Duffy then adds, “Good things came from it,” which probably was not the wisest thing to say, although he was likely only referring to Nikki Haley’s removal of the Confederate flag from the South Carolina statehouse.
reread these words very very slowly:

Good.  Things.   Came.  Of.   It!??

9 innocent African American men and women were all executed inside a local church, simply because they had one thing in common - the color of their skin.  In Sean Duffy's world, this was a sacrifice that v     was not in vain because it forced the hand of South Carolina to finally bring down the Confederate flag.

Quick pause here.  While I understand that it is part of their heritage, it needs to be recognized as a huge black eye on their heritage(It would be like Wisconsin having a Joe McCarthy day).   There is nothing more anti American than flying the flag of a region that was traitorous and attacked their own nation.   Secondly, it appears their sacrifice was in vain, because the Confederate flag flies again in South Carolina.   Finally this was the scene in West Bend, WI when The Donald(who the MTv Congressman was one of the first supporters of)
I wonder how many people have to get shot in Wisconsin for Sean's supporters to stop flying the Confederate flag (PS: in Wisconsin, we actually FOUGHT the Confederates and over 12,000 Wisconsinites died.  When you fly the Confederate flag in WI, you celebrate their deaths not honor them!).

Ok so when Sean Duffy, who of course has no answers but Democrats are bad....ends with this

The lawmaker asked what could be done to address terrorism from white Americans.
"How should we vet that to keep ourselves safe? I will join you in that effort, what do you do," he asked. "It's horrible. What do we do on the white supremacy front to make sure we don't have another attack like Charleston?"

Once you get past the fact that a sitting Congressman, went on a national news program to discuss how to stop terrorism and asks the host for advice, you know that even a "bad high school student" would know the answers to this question.
*  Stop allowing the Confederate Flag to be sold at your campaign events.
*  Refuse to speak at these events if it is.
*  When you flat out call someone a racist, DONT SUPPORT THEM for President!
*  When the KKK Supports the same person you do for President, maybe rethink what your doing!
*  When you hire a white supremacist as your chief adviser, white supremacists will be empowered.
*  When as President, you make a speech opening Black History month about yourself, then there might be a problem.
*  When you appoint a person who has a history of racism as your Attorney General, that might empower racism.
* When you shut down a fellow Senator who wants to read a letter from Coretta Scott King during Black History Month, you might be empowering racism.

What amazes me, is that a Hollywood star gives a speech, asking us to be nicer to each other, while accepting a Lifetime Achievement Award,

And we get inundated with crap like this hammering us on a daily basis:

On Sunday evening, Hollywood elites gathered together to celebrate some of their favorite people — themselves! Yes, we’re talking about the Golden Globes.
Stealing the show was 30-time Globes nominee an eight-time winner, Meryl Streep, who, while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement award, gave a speech none of us will soon forget.
Streep’s predictable tantrum — complete with liberal fear-mongering and virtue-signaling — was hardly remarkable. What was striking, however, was the star’s blatant hypocrisy and implicit
contempt for average Americans.

Liberals constantly lose elections because of saying things like:

“this instinct to humiliate, when it’s modeled by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody’s life, ’cause it kind of gives permission for other people to do the same thing. Disrespect invites disrespect. Violence incites violence. And when the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.”
Yet, A sitting Congressman can talk about "all the good things" that happened when 9 African Americans were slaughtered, and how its different if you get killed by a Brown person instead of a White person and he gets re-elected?

American Exceptionalism is not the phrase we are modeling!

Duffy: There's A Difference Between Muslim And White Terror

Sean Duffy, former reality TV star, took some time from admiring himself in the mirror to appear on CNN with Alisyn Camerota to discuss terrorism.

In the interview, Duffy said that there was a big difference between Muslim terrorism and good, old-fashioned, home grown white terrorism:
"Why isn't the President talking about the white terrorists who mowed down six Muslims praying at their mosque," she asked.

"I don't know," the Wisconsin Republican replied, referencing the mass shooting at a mosque in Quebec City last month. "There's a difference."

"You don't have a group like ISIS or al Qaeda that is inspiring people around the world to take up arms and kill innocents. ... That was a one off, Alisyn," Duffy added.

Camerota mentioned 1995's Oklahoma City bombing before asking if the Trump surrogate believed that white terrorists exist. But Duffy said those incidents do not compare.

"So you give me two examples, right," Duffy replied. "If you want to compare this one person in the last 10 years that you can give an example ... Oklahoma City bombing was 20 years ago."

And "that's different than the whole movement that has taken place through ISIS, that's inspired attacks," he said.

Camerota also mentioned Dylann Roof, a white man who killed nine black Americans in a Charleston church.

Duffy mentioned the shooting of Gabby Giffords, which was done by Jared Lee Loughner, a white American, who the lawmaker called "a leftist guy."

"And now you see violence and terror in the streets all across America, burning and beating people with Donald Trump hats," he said. "The left has to say violence is wrong."

The lawmaker asked what could be done to address terrorism from white Americans.

"How should we vet that to keep ourselves safe? I will join you in that effort, what do you do," he asked. "It's horrible. what do we do on the white supremacy front to make sure we don't have another attack like Charleston?"
There are no groups that promote white hate or white terror? Has Duffy truly never heard of the KKK? Has Duffy truly never seen the list of hate groups and hate crimes listed by the Southern Poverty Law Center?

Then again, I suppose it's not really too surprising that Duffy doesn't want to admit to anything like white hate, since he has his own history of terrorizing a political opponent who had the nerve to show videos from a movie that he and his wife starred in that promoted gay marriage. (The video has since been scrubbed.)

It's also disingenuous for Duffy to throw up his hands on what to do about white terrorism. Why not do the same thing as they want to do to Muslims? Let's start with profiling white, conservative males, usually with a military background and are frequent listeners to squawk radio and watch Faux News regularly?

Sean Duffy - Class Clown

By Jeff Simpson

Republican Sean Duffy was in the news recently for calling a million people "communists",   Congressman Sean Duffy (R- Puck's Seconds), was very upset about a recent action in the news, so let's take a look.

First we need to define Communism:

capitalizeda :  a doctrine based on revolutionary Marxian socialism and Marxism-Leninism that was the official ideology of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republicsb :  a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of productionc :  a final stage of society in Marxist theory in which the state has withered away and economic goods are distributed equitably
When discussing Communism, most people think of the same thing - USSR.   The former Soviet Union was a Communist country and currently China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea and Vietnam, are Communist countries. No country on that list will ever be anyone's(Beyond Dennis Rodmans) vacation spot.    So when the Congressman calls a group of people "Communists", he really despises and thinks poorly of this group of people.

Now lets take a look at who was the despicable and why!

1.  At the end of 2015, Vladimir Putin lauded Trump's presidential campaign, calling him "an absolute leader of the presidential race, as we see it."

In response to Putin's compliments Trump said: "It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond."

Was the lumberjack, who was one of The Donald's biggest fans upset about his hero complimenting a dictator who is known for killing journalists who disagree with him?   Nope not a word!

2.  The story broke recently, that Russian hackers worked to influence the election so The Donald would win, certainly that drew a quick rebuke from Mr. Duffy and what set him off right?   Not so much!

3.  Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R- bitter partisan), knew that the Russians were working to help get The Donald elected and made sure no one said a thing!   Is this borderline treasonous act by the Senator from Kentucky the one that the reality "star" off?  NOT in the least.
The Democratic leaders in the room unanimously agreed on the need to take the threat seriously. Republicans, however, were divided, with at least two GOP lawmakers reluctant to accede to the White House requests.
According to several officials, McConnell raised doubts about the underlying intelligence and made clear to the administration that he would consider any effort by the White House to challenge the Russians publicly an act of partisan politics.
4.   Wisconsin's own Republican Speaker of the House, the third most powerful position in Washington, Paul Ryan (R- Wall St.), faced with the information that Russia was involved in deciding our election, said - Wait a minute, lets not rush into actually investigating this news because we do not want to politicize the election.   The Janesville GOPer, who approved 33 different investigations into Benghazi, has decided that we need to take this one slow.   The guy who "has said for months that foreign intervention in our elections is unacceptable,” has decided that as long as his guy won and he has unlimited power maybe foreign intervention in our elections is acceptable.

Surely Paul Ryan going back on his belief and words, is something that the young whipsersnapper from the Northwoods would be incredibly disappointed about and want to lash out right?   Not even close.

5.  Was it the fact that Sean Duffy, and his wife Rachel Duffy, now have eight children and realize that they met, and became famous, by living in a communal housing complex, that they did not have to pay a nickel for, while putting on a show for the camera.

Sean, who called his African American liberal female roommate racist and Hitler, has called anyone who does not agree with his limited world view, names his whole life.

Sean realized that he could not send a worse message to his eight children than the way he grew up, and that the most famous thing he has done with his life is this dance: No wonder none of his fellow Real World Alums would vote for him.

No that does not phase him.

6.   Possibly, as the father of 8 offspring, maybe Mr. Duffy is incredibly upset that his guy, The Donald continually lies and misleads and it does not set a very good example for his kids.

Next is Trump’s claim to have won “one of the biggest Electoral College victories in history.” This is easily falsifiable — Trump won 56.88% of the electoral votes, a percentage that places him in the bottom quarter of electoral history. In this sentence, Trump also states that the election “ended a long time ago” — a curious description of an event that took place four and a half weeks ago.

While this is not it, we are getting closer.

7.  Jill Stein asked for, and paid for, a recount of the State of Wisconsin, Presidential race and during this process, as written into the American legal system, and Dane County decided to do a hand recount.

BINGO!

We finally found the thing that set the American Congressman from Hayward off!  A hand recount of the Presidential Ballots and boy is Mr. D mad!!!!

WISGOP "We're With Hate"!

By Jeff Simpson

Image result for donald trumpToday The Donald will be back in Wisconsin, standing tall with his good friends and campaigning to try and be our next President.   Yes that is campaigning to be the next President of the United States.  The most powerful position in the world.   The person who will succeed President Barack Obama.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has looked at the people running and has thrown his support fully behind this guy.

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan(R-Wall St), who can not seem to find the time to debate his opponent, did find the time to vote early for "our parties nominee.  The person who is third in line for the Presidency. did not even have the courage to say The Donald's name.   By the way, this is his parties nominee:

A witness who’s backing a woman’s child rape claims against Donald Trump also accused the Republican presidential nominee of sexually assaulting another, even younger girl.
Trump is due to appear in federal court Dec. 16 for a status conference after a judge allowed the lawsuit, which seeks $75,000 in damages, to move forward.
The alleged victim, identified in the suit as “Jane Doe,” claims Trump brutally raped her in 1994, when she was 13 years old, and threatened to harm her and her family if she talked.
Two other women — identified as “Joan Doe” and “Tiffany Doe” — have been added to the newer suit as witnesses.
Both witnesses say they worked as “party planners” for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who paid them to “attract adolescent women” to events he hosted at the Wexner Mansion in New York.
Tiffany Doe says in court documents that she lured Jane Doe to a party with the promise of money and meeting contacts in the modeling industry.
She claims in the documents that she personally witnessed the girl being forced to engage in various sex acts with Trump and Epstein, who she said were aware of her age.
“I personally witnessed four sexual encounters that the Plaintiff was forced to have with Mr. Trump during this period, including the fourth of these encounters where Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop,” Tiffany Doe alleges.
Tiffany Doe said she also witnessed Trump forcing Jane Doe and a 12-year-old girl identified as “Maria” to perform oral sex on him and then physically abuse both of them afterward.
The woman said her job duties required her to “personally witness and supervise encounters between the underage girls that Mr. Epstein hired and his guests,” according to court documents.
Epstein, a financier who was also friends with Bill and Hillary Clinton, was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution and served 13 months of an 18-year prison term.
Tiffany Doe said both Trump and Epstein threatened to harm Jane Doe if she ever revealed the physical and sexual abuse she endured — and she said the future GOP presidential nominee’s warning was particularly ominous.
“I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed,” Tiffany Doe alleged.

Current United States Senator Ron Johnson (R-Class Rings), will also appear on stage with The Donald to talk about how important this guy becomes our next President:

Republican Assembly Majority Leader Robin Vos (R-Adultery) also firmly backs The Donald, I guess this endorsement helped him make up his mind:

Robin Vos has an opponent in Andy Mitchell who could really use your vote!  Here is his website and Facebook page.

Some others in Wisconsin like Pat Snyder, Jimmy Boy Edming(who made national news by jumping on the Trump train early), Mike Gallagher(the former Marine who supports the guy who said that he only likes the troops who weren't captured), Todd Novak, Glenn Grothman, Sean Duffy, among many others on the right in Wisconsin all support this thrice married guy who wrote this letter of sympathy to Kelly Preston and John Travolta when their teenage son tragically passed away:

I have always respected people who were loyal and faithful–which brings to mind Kelly Preston. A long time ago, before I was married, I met Kelly Preston at a club and worked like hell to try and pick her up. She was beautiful, personable, and definitely had allure. At the time I had no idea she was married to John Travolta.
In any event, my track record on this subject has always been outstanding, but Kelly wouldn’t give me the time of day. She was very nice, very elegant, but I didn’t have a chance with her, and that was that.
When I later found out she was married to John, I liked and respected her even more. Some people have values that matter to them, and she is one of them. Her loyalty was unwavering and I have always remembered that about her.
Being true to someone is very close to being true to yourself. That’s a valuable attribute in today’s world. I’m sure she was a wonderful mother to Jett and my thoughts are with her and her family after their terrible loss.

Yes the Wisconsin Republicans are ALL aboard the Trump Train, the problem is that train is rolling over, women, minorities, Muslims, disabled, children and anyone else who is not lily white middle age males.

Remember when you show up to vote, who is engineering the Trump train!

The Creeper For President!

Image result for donald trump they live

By Jeff Simpson

As we get closer to election day, I find myself just waiting for the pain to end.   It is the worst election cycle in my lifetime.   I am not a huge fan of Hillary Clinton at all, but I can not even fathom anyone voting for The Donald.   The fact that he is the Republican nominee, says everything you need to know about the state of the Republican party.   Under Reince Priebus the party has taken a HUGE turn to the far right!    They have practiced divide and conquer successful tactics and work very very hard to make anyone who is not far right the enemy.

That has led this moment in history where our children and grandchildren will look back upon us with disgust and shame and we will deserve it!

Think that many people on the right, and Scott Walker, Paul Ryan, Scott Fitzgerald, Robin Vos, Dale Kooyenga, Reince Priebus, Mike Gallagher, Sean Duffy etc ..all endorsed and will be voting for someone for President of the United States who they would NOT leave alone in a room with their wife or daughter.

Let that sink in for a bit.

This is who they are supporting:

This is the person they are going to give their vote too, which is one of the cornerstones of our democratic republic:

There is the married Donald, eyeing up a minor while declaring her hired for whatever job she wants and then doing his infamous kissing of her(which you can do if your a star).

Maybe to help reduce the Bush Deficit, we could have a pay per view where family values Republicans, sit their kids down and explain to them why they are voting for The Donald!

I know I would tune in!

Sean Duffy's Cowardice!

By Jeff Simpson

Sean Duffy, reality "star", semi lawyer and nude dancer, married his Real World co-"star", Rachel Campos.  The couple have eight children and Ms. Campos-Duffy was voted one of the most influential Latino Republicans in America.

The Republican Nominee for President of the United States, The Donald, recently threw a hissy fit regarding 1996 Miss Universe, Alicia Machado.

"He called this woman Miss Piggy. Then he called her Miss Housekeeping because she was Latina," Clinton said. "She has become a U.S. citizen, and you can bet she's going to vote this November."

So Donald Trump calls a Miss Universe - Miss Housekeeping because she was Latina and then calls her Miss Piggy because she gained some weight.

What does family values, father of girls, husband of a successful Latina woman Sean Duffy have to say about that?

One of Donald Trump's strongest allies in Wisconsin says he doesn't think voters care "a whole lot" about comments the Republican presidential candidate has made about a former beauty pageant winner, including a set of recent tweets encouraging voters to "check out (her) sex tape."

"I don’t think it changes the viewpoint of many voters," said U.S. Rep. Sean Duffy on a call with reporters Friday morning.
Yes Trump Voters do not care a whole lot about what The Donald, perpetually demeaning women, and neither does Congressman Duffy.   Unfortunately though many people are paying attention, even if they are not speaking out:

I am certain that Congressman Duffy's children are listening and realizing that their father has nothing to say to Mr. Trump but good job and you have earned my vote.

One last thing, in the small, small world of politics, Sean Duffy's former "outreach director" Pat Snyder is running for Assembly.   Do we really want to infect our Assembly with someone who is "outreach director" for someone with such a small mind?   Who is he actually reaching out too?  Orange, overweight sexists?

Let us end the stain of incompetence that Sean Duffy has given us.....Mr. Duffy has an opponent.

Mary Hoeft for Congress, check out her webpage here and her facebook page here.

Sean Duffy will not even stand up for his own family, why would we fight for you?

Let's send someone to Congress who will fight for everyone and not put party ahead of sexism, racism and Misogyny.

Bizarro World - Part 3("Reality" Stars)!

By Jeff Simpson

In what has unfortunately been a continuing series of strange, end of times ridiculous actions done by , the hits keep on coming.
our politicians

First off, the lumberjack reality star from Northern Wisconsin has found out something that no one else knows in the country.   Hillary Clinton's top aide, Huma Abedin, is part of an organization called the Muslim Brotherhood.

Maybe we should listen to Mr. Duffy though, because if he was able to find a mail order college like he did to "earn" his law degree(the college of which is no longer in business), then maybe he does have some super sleuth abilities that compare to his ability to have kids.   No one should question that the Wausau area is the hotbed of terrorism intel, so when Mr Duffy speaks we should laugh, I mean listen.

Secondly, another of Wisconsin's own, recently got into a battle with Governor John Kasich.

In this corner is the current Governor of Ohio, failed GOP Presidential candidate who is known for blaming all of the problems in public education today on the teachers lounge(seriously)!  Standing at 5'9", weighing 175 lbs.....JOOOOOHNNNN   KAAAAAASSSSICCCCHHHHHH:

Kasich, the Ohio governor, has refused to endorse Trump, the Republican nominee, after bowing out of the presidential race in early May.
"Thankfully, there are still leaders in this country who put principles before politics," Weaver wrote. "Throughout his life, Governor John Kasich has always made decisions based on what is best for our country. The idea of a greater purpose beyond oneself may be alien to political party bosses like Reince Priebus, but it is at the center of everything Governor Kasich does."
"He will not be bullied by a Kenosha political operative that is unable to stand up for core principles or beliefs," he continued, naming Priebus' hometown in Wisconsin. "In fact, Reince should be thanking the governor for standing for an inclusive, conservative vision that can actually win a national election and improve our country."
Weaver added that Kasich is "traveling the nation" to support down-ballot Republicans who could be the victim of a "potential national wipeout" that he said would occur "on Reince's watch."
In the bright bright red corner, standing 5'4" and weighing in at at 145#'s, the Voter cager from Kenosha, the political operative from Pleasant Prairie, the race baiter from Randal, the guy who refuses to walk his own dog(honestly), REEEEEEEIINNCE PRRRRRIIIIIEEEEEBUSSSSSSSSSS:

During a Sunday interview CBS's "Face the Nation," Priebus said Trump's former primary challengers might face trouble in 2020 or 2024 if they did not announce their support for Trump.
"Those people need to get on board," he said. "And if they're thinking they're going to run again someday, I think that we're going to evaluate the process — of the nomination process — and I don't think it's going to be that easy for them."
Kasich, along with Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, has prominently refused to endorse Trump since he wrapped up the party's nomination in May. Priebus said the party would "look at" potential penalties for those who have not endorsed Trump and are considering a future presidential bid. Every GOP presidential hopeful signed a loyalty pledge last summer stating they would support the eventual nominee no matter who it was.
"People in our party are talking about what we're going to do about this. I mean, there's a ballot access issue in South Carolina," Priebus said. "In order to be on the ballot in South Carolina, you actually have to pledge your support to the nominee, no matter who that person is. So what's the penalty for that? It's not a threat, but that's just the question that we have a process in place.
If you are keeping score in our  Constitutionally limited representative democratic republic, it looks like we are all losing, but Reince today came down with what just might be the final blow on CNN:

Yes your eyes are not deceiving you.   The head of the Republican Party of the United States, did actually say that the GOP Presidential candidate, one of two people who have a chance to actually become the next President of the United States of America, the most powerful job in the world, is prepared because he has been through 14 seasons as a TV "reality star".

Head meet desk!

Dr. Duffy

By Jeff Simpson

Lumberjack, turned reality tv star, turned stripper, turned two bit lawyer, turned US Congressman Sean Duffy now has a new career.  Mr. Duffy is now a Physician and also plays one on TV.

Rep. Sean Duffy denied Tuesday that he was peddling "conspiracy theories" about Hillary Clinton's health.
The Wisconsin Republican and Donald Trump supporter got into a tense exchange with CNN's Brianna Keilar about whether prominent Trump surrogates and supporters were perpetuating rumors that Clinton was not physically fit to be president.
"You see Mrs. Clinton with coughing fits on stage, you see her kind of stumbling on and off stage, where Mr. Trump hasn't had those kind of issues and I think that's what's brought this concern forward," Duffy said on "The Situation Room."

Doc Duffy has come a long ways from his days as a stripper

While Duffy can't make ends meet on $174,000/yr but he can diagnose a cough from watching a clip on TV.  He is ultra talented, but a very poor Congressman.

Luckily the people of the 7th Congressional District have a chance to send Mr. Duffy back to reality television and away from Washington DC.

You can send Mary Hoept to Congress as someone that will represent WI with pride.

Like her facebook page, visit her website and help her defeat Dr. Duffy!

    The Great White Con

    By Jeff Simpson

By now you have probably heard that The Donald made another appearance in Wisconsin. This time he came here for a reason, Mr. Trump came here to make a plea to African American Voters that he was the right one for them to vote for.

"I'm asking for the vote of every African-American citizen struggling in our country today who wants a different and much better future,
The problem with Mr. Trumps speech, was he came here to address African Americans and did it from the safe haven of 99% white West Bend.  The area that has given us not on Bob Gannon (R-Grand Wizard), but also sent Glenn Grothman (R-Mommys Basement) to Washington DC.   I know Louie Gohmert has been lonely but we did not need to send him his spirit animal.  Anyway I digress.....

The venue was so white that even Scott Walker, Reince Priebus and Sean Duffy (R-Stripper) felt safe enough to actually show their faces.  Realizing the room was so white, they had to wear shades, they all jumped on and took their turns Trumpeting Trump.

As we know here in COGDIS land there is more, there is always more.

While Trump came to West Bend to court the African American vote.....(let that simmer for just a bit).....Trump also had another objective.   The Donald wanted to show his support for the police officers in wake of the mess over the weekend in Milwaukee.

As if irony was not already flowing like beer at a Bill Kramer grope party, Donald, with a completely straight face added to it.   The Donald chose someone who was the target of TWO(thats one more than one for the RW subscribers), criminal investigations introduce him to give a speech about following the law.

Yes, we have sources that have told us you could see the irony from the Space Station.

However amazing the speeches were to the sparse monochromatic crowd, they did not seem to get it.
"People up here don't really care about what's going on in Milwaukee," said Jared Gagnon-Palick of West Bend, as he stopped to buy a Trump button in the parking lot after the rally.
    1. "I grew up in Milwaukee, and I moved here to get away from all the crime with three little kids," he said.
PSSS...Jared  ixnay on the hiteway lightfay.... at least until after election day.

But wait there is more....The Trump/Walker/Duffy/Grothman fantastic four reached this guy

Jack Beck, 65, a retired bricklayer who lives in West Bend, said he planned to vote for Mr. Trump and did not blame him for making a low-key stop in Milwaukee, given the city’s racial tensions.
“Every night in Milwaukee, there is someone being shot, and they make nothing of that until a cop is involved, and then all of a sudden it’s always blamed on the cop,” said Mr. Beck, who added that he hoped West Bend’s black population would not increase. He tied much of the unrest in Milwaukee to his belief that black residents do not want to work hard and instead want to use police killings to get  handouts from the government.

“If somebody is killed, they think we owe them something,” Mr. Beck said. “I don’t want to seem racist or nothing, but the black heritage has been raised in a certain way that there’s no incentive to get out and work, because all of a sudden you have five kids and there are no dads around.”
Look for Jack Beck to play a major part in the Trump candidacy next time he fires half his staff.

I will be sure to tell my incredibly skilled, African American surgeon that his Heritage makes him lazy and he should "get out and work"...again I digress....

The great thing about Donald Trump is, there is no longer need for dog whistles.  As Mr Duffy says, Donald Trump is always right!

The only real problem that the fabulous four ran into was by the time the event was over, the souvenir stands had been picked through of all the good stuff!

If this is the African American  outreach of the Republican Party they should be ripe for the picking in November!   I wonder if they can find an even whiter area for the next time trump comes back to Wisconsin!
