Holy Handcuffs! Batman Arrested!

I wonder if they used Batcuffs:

Ashland police officers on Monday arrested a man dressed as Batman for violating a condition of his probation.

Officers were called to the area of Third Avenue East and Main Street at approximately 4 p.m. after calls that Ryan Defoe, 27, was attempting to direct traffic, Ashland Police Chief John Paitl said Tuesday.

I also wonder just what he was on probation for, and what the conditions of said probation were.
