Party On Paul

The House of Representatives, led by Partying Paul Ryan, adjourned for Holiday recess on December 8th and not due to return anytime soon(they only make $174,000/yr w/Cadillac benefits, we can not expect them to actually work all year!).  

While we have come to being used to our career politicians not working, this instance seem especially egregious as Paul Ryan totally shirked his duties as outlined in the Constitution and fulfilled them well according to his owners on Wall St.  

So when faced with a choice between his duties and obligation to the two different factions, the choice to Paul Ryan was clear!  

House GOP leaders stopped working on an energy reform package this month because they wanted to go to a fundraiser in New York, a Republican Senate chairwoman is charging.
Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) told the Alaska Journal that Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) didn’t hold an end-of-session vote on a compromise energy bill because he and other Republicans had to catch a train to the fundraiser.
“The Speaker said ‘We’ve run out of time’ because they wanted to get on the party train,” Murkowski told the newspaper in an interview published late Monday.

Wall St. won, America lost!  

The guy from Janesville who loves spending time with his family, showed us that his true family is anyone who will enrich his bank account.  

What A Country!

Where else but in the former democratic republic of the United States, could a duly elected Congressman from Wisconsin, charge $10,000(TAX FREE) to  eat lunch with his constituents,and even get a quick digital pic with said Congressman?

PS:   The fact that this $10,000 deduction is TAX FREE shows how ridiculous and phony the IRS "scandal" is.

I ran into these Mahone Middle School students while knocking on doors in Pleasant Prairie. They're raising money for a choir trip to NY. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in America!

 

Seriously, what is wrong with these people?   Is this what Wisconsin has come to that someone this clueless, would be considered qualified to actually be a State Senator?

Is there considerable initiative and risk by three friends selling cups of lemonade?   Its not like they are doing it to eat like over half of the children in our schools since Scott Walker has become Governor!   Besides the first clue Scooby, is that they TOLD you they are doing it for a fundraiser for their SCHOOL!

They are having a fundraiser to make money to be able to take a choir trip.    They can not afford to go without fundraising.   I hate to break it to you, but ever since Scott Walker enacted the biggest cuts to public education in our states history, schools are fundraising CONTINUOUSLY! 

Seriously though Mr. Seitz, if we have to explain the simple words, no wonder ALEC is such a tempting option for our friends on the right!  

By the way what happens to anti-intellectuals in the Wisconsin republican party?

The Dictator Collection

Harlon Crow, one of the funders of the infamous disgusting swiftboat attacks on John Kerry, is now dipping his dirty feet into Wisconsin electoral waters!  Of course, when you go fishing in dirty waters, the one big fish you will catch in Wisconsin is Scott Walker. 

Gov. Scott Walker is headed to Texas this week for a fundraiser at the mansion of billionaire Harlan Crow, a strong supporter of conservative causes.
Politico is reporting that Walker's re-election fundraiser is scheduled for Tuesday at the real estate tycoon's Dallas residence.
Walker announced last week that he had raised more than $5 million in the second half of last year, nearly triple the amount collected by his likely Democratic foe, Mary Burke, in the same period.

Who is this Harlon Crow anyway?

2012 favorite: Has given $180K to Rick Perry's gubernatorial campaigns since 2004—plus millions to state and national conservative causes. But Crow Holdings bundled $25K for long-shot GOP contender Jon Huntsman.
Dark-money potential: High. Crow, who sat on the founders' committee of the anti-tax think tank Club for Growth, gave $125K to the Swift Boat Vets circa 2004. He's also given nearly $900K to Texans for Lawsuit Reform and donated $500K to help the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas start a tea party group.
Grab bag: The gardens at Crow's $24 million estate feature statues of notorious historical figures like Mao, Stalin, and Gavrilo Princip—the assassin who sparked World War I.

Just your ordinary average guy who wants good clean government for the good citizens of Wisconsin even though he lives in Texas, obviously.  





Of course his love of dictators and psychopaths has to be examined and might better explain his love of Scott Walker:

 Crow's mansion is known for its backyard garden full of statues and relics of dictators, assassins and despots -- including Mao Zedong, Vladimir Lenin, Fidel Castro, and Joseph Stalin -- and such World War II Axis figures as Benito Mussolini and Hermann Göring, commander of Nazi Germany's air force.

 


I wonder how many of the dead dictators did Scott Walker get his picture taken with?  How much money did his fundraising trip cost the taxpayers of WI? How much money did Walker make on this little evening with the psychos?  Is Scott Walker ever in WI?

Scott Walker - Unintimidated: The Sequel!

We brought you the original Unintimidated last week, and now Scott Walker has given us a sequel!

Once, Scott Walker clears the streets and the Capitol of women over 80, it might even be safe enough for him to come back to Wisconsin and actually spend some time here.  



 

VOTE ANDY JORGENSEN!

Due to redistricting, which was done unethically and in complete secrecy, and is now costing Wisconsin taxpayers close to $2,000,000 that could have been used elsewhere, Assemblyman Andy Jorgensen's district was massively changed.   He now is running for the 43rd Assembly district! 

His opponent Evan Wynn, thinks that it was perfectly acceptable for a sitting legislator to sign secrecy agreements to keep all information away from the general public and his constituents.   Not only that, it appears secrecy from his constituents(unless your giving him money) is how he lives his life.  He recently held a fundraiser, with Scott Walker, where the press and cameras were not allowed   While Wynn believes in complete privacy for himself, he also believes your health is his decision!  Even going so far as to seek and get the endorsement of the extremist hate group - Wisconsin Family Action Pac.

Contrast that with Andy Jorgensen, who lives by the motto- those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing.  Has also had fundraisers, open to everyone, including the press!  Jorgensen has also made job creation his priority, authoring sponsoring and/or pushing over 40 jobs bills in the last assembly session that Evan Wynn and his cohorts outright rejected.
