Chris, this isn't an issue of talent; it's an issue of coaching. When a team fails to execute and is the most-penalized in the league, that's an issue of coaching.
The GM also hires and fires the coaches, besides the players. While I will concede he has done a few things right, most of his stuff has been a frickin' disaster.
And he also drafts Clay Matthews, JerMichael Finley and Brad Jones in the last 2 years, picks up Charles Woodson as a Free Agent, and gets Ryan Grant for nothing.
The GM does not order the team to only rush 3 guys against the best improvisational QB in the game, nor does he decide to run your 1,200 yard running back 3 times in the first half on an iffy defense.
Tough one to take, but keep the eyes on the prize, and beat Seattle next week.
