O Shit!

By Jeff Simpson (NSFW)

Rep. Christine Sinicki had enough of the BS and let her constituents know how she really felt with a facebook post(it is 2014):

On Wednesday, Sinicki posted, "OMG...this speech is so full of sh**. Wish I could get up and walk out” and then “Bottom line..the rich get richer and the poor and middle class continue to get kicked in the butt.

Not the Speech full of lies, but the one word facebook page set off a shitstorm of fake outrage.   The storm was so bad and so brown that Mary Burke decided to jump on the criticize Sinicki bandwagon!

Walker’s Democratic opponent, former Trek Bicycle Corp. executive Mary Burke, said that Sinicki’s post wasn’t appropriate.
Asked if she though Sinicki should apologize, Burke said, “I think people should make their own decisions. It’s certainly something that I would have apologized for.”

Ahhhh yes, the lady who has nothing bad to say about her opponent, has decided she can't throw her friends under the bus quick enough!

Christine, I do not think you needed to apologize to anyone.  Keep up the great work!

For those of you who were offended by her use of the word Shit....take 2 aspirin and see me in the morning!

  1. The speech was almost as full of "IT" as Walker is! Christine Sinicki owes NO ONE an apology!

And Mary Burke, I don't think she is in any position to be addressing the issue. I'm wondering if she isn't a Fake Dem...

  2. When private sector, for profit schools guarantee future Wisconsinites end up with vocabulary skills barely exceeding the level of just four-letter words, they better get used to what they are promoting.for educational values in the state. Oh wait, what was that little something about Mary?

  3. Mary Burke smiles, offering the State of Wisconsin and it's voters another nice hot steaming shit sandwich.

Like she said* last week sometime or other :
"We have a choice this time! F*cked by Walkkker and F*cked with Burkkke. Which one would you prefer? I 'm not a sandwich eater myself, but my consultants and donors tell me they don't really care.
Some even say that we are both a solid number one!"

*Political satire and parody, she probably really wouldn't say anything like this where it could get out. She felt really bad when Koch got caught calling Walker, and learned not to get caught doing something like that.

    which one is a soi

  5. Will Mary Burke be transporting her fainting couch around the state as she campaigns, with smelling salts close at hand?

  8. Yeah, nevermind that it was posted DURING Walker's speech. That seems appropriate, right????

    Selective reporting.

    1. Yes, just imagine the commotion if she had shouted out her comments during the Governor's SOS instead of quietly posting them to her Facebook page, or if she had actually walked out while a state leader was addressing the full Legislature instead of regretting that she was too polite to do it. What an outrage! Just ask U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson, or WI Rep. Bill Kramer. Speaking of selective.

Based on past practice, as established by the gentlemen above, I fully expect Rep. Sinicki to send out a fundraising letter in lieu of an apology.

  9. Good post Jeff and RIGHT ON Christine Sinicki. I am one of Christine's constituents in St. Francis and I support her honesty about the absolute crap that Governor Walker was spewing in his "Altered State" address Wednesday night.

An unreported story AFTER Sinicki's post is how #1 Scott Walker media outlet cheerleader WGOP (WTMJ-TV) in Milwaukee led off both the 6PM and 10PM news on Thursday with the OUTRAGE over Sinicki's Facebook posts. (The reputable news stations in Milwaukee led off their newscasts with the tragic story of the bright young man from our area who was killed at Purdue, but at WTMJ, his death played 2nd fiddle to slamming Sinicki for her audacity to criticize Governor Walker. WTMJ was in Cudahy all day on Thursday searching high and low for citizens who would tell them that they didn't agree with Sinicki's Facebook post. I was at Andrea's Restaurant as the reporter and cameraman went from table to table desperately looking for people to denounce Sinicki. Most people at Andreas SUPPORTED Sinicki, but none of those interviews made it on the air. WTMJ aired a highly slanted story with cherry picked interviews that made it seem like all of Sinicki's constituents had turned against her. Just the opposite was true.

Of course, with all the airtime dedicated to investigating Sinicki's Facebook post about Scott Walker's Bullshit speech, WTMJ (WGOP) didn't even mention or show Governor Walker applauding the twice convicted felon welder as an example of the kind of people that support Scott Walker. That story was already all over the national news, but WTMJ didn't even mention it. Pathetic.

    1. The closest thing we have to a "fair and balanced" tv station is WISN. I refuse to watch WTMJ and WITI. Even the interviews they used only said she should't have used the word shit. Nothing about how Scat's speech wasn't a crock of it.

  10. Sinicki's comment wasn't great. A fundamental lapse of discipline and professionalism is nothing to crow about and just ask Josh Sitton where self-righteous truth tellin' gets you. In Sinicki's case she made herself the story as opposed to the boiler plate speech phoned in by Walker. I read it again this morning and I really cannot decide if this guy is going to bother to run. He'll get eviscerated nationally if he enters the GOP primaries of course. But there is also no longer much upside to him running here - he's at serious risk of losing which ends any hope of cashing out with a cosy Koch think-tank job and much of the ALEC list is already accomplished. Seems like Van Hollen or anyone could wrap up the closing acts - taking out the northern forests, opening up the farmland to institutional investor ownership, ending progressive taxation and perhaps further contraception and voting restrictions. But back to Sinicki - her post was a dumb--- move but Burke shouldn't have commented. Let's hope in future her team influences her to pick and choose what is worth commenting on more wisely.

  11. The infighting among the Democrats is why we lost the Walker recall. The infighting among the GOP and TEA Baggers is what will do them in.

Let us Democrats be smarter than that.

Sinicki was wrong: Both Walker and his speech are full of shit.
