The 2016 Republican Field Just Cleared Up!

By Jeff Simpson

Despite Scott Walker blind presidential ambitions, this weekend confirmed that he has a zero percent chance of ever becoming president.   There is much talk in the political insider power circles that Jeb Bush will run for president.

While that might trigger Americas collective gag reflex, the powers that be believe in a "the devil you know is better than the devil you dont" philosphy.   They know exactly what Jeb Bush will bring to the presidency, minimal competence, no shake ups while handing the keys of our Government over to Wall St and his donors will be rewarded immensely!

That means the uneducated far right winger from Wisconsin is beling told, thanks but no thanks!

Want further proof?   This week on CBS, Bob Schieffer let it be known that if by chance Jeb Bush passes on the party nomination, they have someone ready in the wings to pinch hit.

This guy:

The power elite from the republican party have no interest whatsoever in having any of the crazy republican right wing governors becoming our next President.

Sorry Scotty, we vetted you and decided that after a thorough look, we like this guy better:

  1. Should the Republican base break from the moorings of the power Elite and smoehow successfully get a Bat Shit Crazy on the ballot, it won't be Scotty. They are not that into you either Douche Bag. His onlyhope is that he does not look like a complete waste during GOP debate and work towards 2020. Sorry Scotty, that reflection you are seeing is your glass ceiling. The only true future for you is that Johnny Law finally catches up,.

  2. The funny thing is, I have a hard time seeing how Jeb could be worse than Obama; who is on almost every count that matters, to the right of Jeb's daddy George Herbert Walker Bush. There is simply no Democrat on the national scene who would be allowed to be president and also be allowed to be on the left of Jeb or Obama. the fix is in in this two party clusterfucked Mutt and Jeff zero sum game....unless we turn to a third party enmass and/or adopt a parliamentary system to take advantage of multiple viable parties.

  3. PS...you have to admit that Jeb (despite harboring all manner of latin american terrorists in florida and his probable involvement with Barryman Seal back in the day) is the smartest most competent of the Bush boys.

  4. Smartest of the bush boys is like saying ten below zero isnt as cold as 20 below zero.

  5. I always knew it would be Jeb. He's got the Southern racists lined up, which Scooter could never deliver -- although Scooter has done a fine job of ginning up the Northern sovereign citizen domestic terrorist contingent in Wisconsin.

  6. Jeb will also deliver the Hispanic population. Walker could never do that.

  7. Jeb is weary that his involvement in the education reform rage will be exposed. He has lost so much $$$$ investing in educational scam companies. He has to be embarrassed.

    1. Between the voucher scam, Stand Your Ground, Terry Schiavo, and the 2000 election thuggery, PLEEEASE run Jeb Bush, GOPs. Go for it.

  8. Jeb represents the GOP effort to appeal to Hispanics. He was governor of a strategic state with a lot of electoral votes. He would be the next player for the Bush "dynasty." Reince Priebus got his start working campaigns down there in Florida. The Bush clan has been the public face of Wall Street, the oil industry and big business for generations.

Just as a curiousity, it would be interesting to clarify whether Scott Walker is a part of the Walker family within the Bush clan that has given us Prescott, H.W.,
    W., (Neil), and Jeb.

So I have to ask, how was Clinton in the 1990s or Obama now, not the face of these same entities?

    2. Touchy question that Democrats won't answer, sarge. Makes their collective heads spin. I got at the same issue in the Bjork thread below and look how much chatter that thread generated so far.

Walker is Obomba is any Bush is Clinton (all looking out for the upper crust) only without weaponized drones at the moment, or a CIA attempting to foment coups in Ukraine, Syria, or in Africa to bring "freedom," (US corporate control of other peoples' natural resources through civil disruption and also the generating of further MIC profits).

Throw in the US, IMF and WB concerns over growing world commodity trading that is not dependent on US fiat currency, (i.e. foreign oligarchs not allowing US oligarchs a piece of the pie) and we have the entire basis for our insatiable global attempt at military domination for corporate profit.

      No war but class war.

      What group-think do you represent?
If you want to really point the finger, you can criticize every U.S. president since Harry Truman, and also (if you are so out there) criticize FDR.
      Class war? No shit, Sherlock.
I'm just trying to deal with the political reality since 2008.
Life in America has not been better since then.

    4. Sorry recent history all the way back to Reagan appears to be too much for you to fathom.

Big of you to re-state the obvious about politicians generally, but miss my point that the VOTERs who chose BHO refused and still refuse to take him to task for his infinite short-comings regarding the well-being of those who elected him.

  10. I don't think Guv Waker's hair is going to hang on for too many more years. He has to run now. He will win, and then Vos can take over and this state will really take off. LOLZ.

Just think, there are actually people that believe that.
