Step 3: Dennis Smith, when he wasnt sleeping with his employees, was busy turning down federal Medicaid money meant for WI.
Step 4: The rejection of federal money will cost the Wisconsin taxpayers $1,800,000,000.
Step 5: Wisconsites WILL die because of this decision.
Step 6: "pro"-life Wisconsin will give Scott Walker a 100% pro-life rating.
