Alleigh "pro-choice" Marre!

By Jeff Simpson

H/t Dan Bice:

We know that Scott Walker's hiring practices have been abhorrent, where the ONLY disqualification is "did you sign the recall".    Now it appears as Scott Walker has finally hired someone with an actual open mind.

Walker's campaign brought on Alleigh Marre, 25, last month as the press secretary for his high-stakes re-election effort. Marre had previously worked for the National Republican Congressional Committee and former U.S. Sen. Scott Brown, a Massachusetts Republican who is an abortion-rights advocate.
On her now-defunct blog, Marre wrote a piece in defense of Planned Parenthood after the GOP-backed U.S. House of Representatives voted to end funding for the organization.
"I'm a Republican, and I support Planned Parenthood, a woman's right to choose, access to STD testing, birth control, etc.," Marre wrote Sept. 21, 2011. "Did I mention I'm a Republican?"

Hey Julainne Appling and Barbara Lyons - Put  that in your "pro-life" pipe and smoke it.  By the way if you express concern over this and yet remain silent when the republicans stand with cancer and against treatment for cancer victims - you might want to re-think what "pro-life' stand for!

PS: Tell us in the comments what day and when Ms. Marre gets jettisoned to the curb by Scott Walker.  Winner gets a shiny new no-prize!

  1. She'll be out the back door faster than she came in the front door. Does Walker ever talk to the people he appoints as to the words they are to memorize and sing in the Teaparty song?

  2. The first time that someone screams 'baby killer' at her during a campaign event or a press conference should do it. When's the state Republican convention?

  3. Why are all of Walker's spokespeople young, white, female and blonde? My theory -- so they don't have to reshoot the photo ID badge pictures every other week or so.

    1. I think Walker has a secret desire for a trophy wife --beware Tonette-- which he satiates with a trophy spokesperson instead, thus explaining hires like the Hooters' girl. If he loses the Governor's race and gets a high-paying wingnut welfare job, I think he will go full-Gingrich on his wife.

  4. Seems quite similar to the 'anchors' on Fox "News"....

  5. Well, frankly I am shocked! In an interview with Democracy Now at the RNC Walker said, "...the women I talk to in my state never talk about that issue."

    Never! http://www.democracynow.org/2012/8/30/as_walker_rejects_abortions_relevance_in
