Suddenly, Scott Walker has an interest in Lake Michigan. He's never done that before.
During the whole Asian carp invasion, he has been outstanding in his silence.
But now that he thinks that poop in the water, even though it's much lower than it was before, is a big issue.
Why didn't he think so five years ago?
