Scott Walker has taken so much money out of circulation, thereby killing the demand that businesses need to survive, that even the banks are having to shut down branches:
Financially strapped AnchorBank today announced the closing of branch offices in Sussex and Appleton as of Aug. 31, as part of an effort to operate as efficiently as possible.It could be that maybe AnchorBank didn't donate enough money to Walker's criminal defense fund that they were thrown one of his lavish kick backs.

A total of 11 positions will be eliminated through the consolidation. AnchorBank will work with employees to provide outplacement services to help assure a smooth and successful career transition. After the closings are completed in August, AnchorBank will have more than 700 employees at 54 locations throughout the state of Wisconsin.
