I've already pointed out that under Scott Walker's budget, his tools aren't working.
Perhaps that explains why almost thirty school districts have referendums set for Tuesday. They need the money and Walker gave it away to his campaign contributors.

I'd bet the referendums will be more succesfull now that the public perception isn't that all the budgeted money is going for pensions and health care for the staff. Also, a largely republican draw to the polls, although I, for one, have given the victory to Romney. But beyond that, conservatives have proven time and time again they are more likely to think and act charitable.

ReplyDeleteJesus pointed out that the most charitable person giving to the treasury was the old woman who gave the smallest amount of money of all contributors.
These days, Republicans simply give a little of their surplus, and then pose for pictures.
