Sure, we could use that internet thing and save some money for the taxpayers. Heck, invite the commies over here and they can watch Discover Wisconsin (division of Walker's in-office campaign division), but they might turn tail when they see how racist the WISGOP is!
In addition to going on the taxpayer's dime, he's probably doing this to increase his "foreign policy" experience for when he runs for president in 2016. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Like Mitt Romney did, he will fall in love with how workers are treated at sweatshops and get ideas for his Right to Work legislation.
