This is by far the worst argument for gun control there is. It's humorous to joke about the unworkable situation of firing a black powder musket in a mass shooting scenario but this would literally never happen if muskets were the guns we had to use. Instead this gentleman with the access to black powder he has would have just bombed out the building.
Those who are mentally disturbed enough to justify a mass homicide aren't usually picky about the tool just the outcome (recent mass-knifing in Texas aside).
Even Feinstein's bill had passed the shootings that happen would still happen. Without guns McVeigh, the Boston Bomber still found ways. Creating legislation like this only punishes those who are abiding by the law to begin with.
