News You Can Use - BadgerStat

Thanks to Senator Chris Larson's weekly newsletter, I was introduced to what looks like could be a valuable information source, and I would like to pass this on to the gentle reader.

The site is called BadgerStat. They describe themselves thus:

We are a nonpartisan nonprofit launched in 2011 that provides performance measures of Wisconsin so you can see how the state is doing in important areas.

As of Nov. '11 we have a new format: One graph/table per post, more commentary, and a dashboard of key measures. We'll continue to make improvements to be as useful and engaging as possible. Our commitment to nonpartisan, data-driven insights remains the same.

While they don't have many pieces written yet, the ones that they do have are very informative and easy to understand.

Well worth bookmarking it.
