Walker's Time Machine

Yesterday, I called out Scott Walker on his cynical, hypocritical, and utterly bogus claim that he was going to restore jobs in the poorest sections of Milwaukee.

In that really long article, I listed a ton of reasons why Walker shouldn't be believed.

But, thanks to JB, one of our astute readers, it was pointed out that I missed a blatant example showing that Walker was lying.

In the timeline that Walker provided to "prove" he's been working on this plan for over a year, his very first entry includes this (emphasis mine)

Transform MilwaukeeWHEDA Planning Timeline
April – June 2011Wisconsin State Agencies:
 Preliminary meetings held with Wisconsin’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) Secretary Eloise Anderson and Department of Workforce Development (DWD) Secretary Reggie Newson.
But there's a bit of a problem with that claim.

Newson, per the state's own webpage, wasn't even with DWD until August of 2011 and wasn't appointed Walker's third or fourth - there was such high turnover I lost count - Secretary until October 24, 2011.

It kinda makes you wonder how much of the rest of it was a lie as well, doesn't it?
