Solidarity Fish Fry Alert!

For those of you who are planning in partaking in the Second Helping of Solidarity Fish Fry on Friday night, there are some things to be aware of.

I have learned this evening that on the other side of Serb Hall, in the Presidents Room, there will be an all day Republican fundraising event. There is also a possibility that a wild Romney might appear.

There is no telling if it will be Wild Man Romney or his son, Tagg "Slugger" Romney.

Because of the other event, please be aware that parking might be at a premium and that there will be hostiles on the premises. Remain calm and keep eating.

Also, as it was during the first week, there will be only one union waitress, Patricia,  working in the dining hall, so please remain extra patient. If management holds true to form, they will be trying to sabotage her by cutting her tables back or even sending her home.

If the wait is too long or if they do close down the union waitresses, and you decide to go elsewhere, take the time to let someone from management know that you are leaving and why. They will better understand that we mean business when they see their customers leaving because of their behaviors.

Finally, I am sorry to say that Peggy Krusick is expected to be there to try to drum up her support to sabotage Daniel Riemer's election. If she would approach you, politely remind her the Republicans are on the other side of the building.

  1. Tommy "irangate" Thompson busted.

"Wisconsin U.S. Senate candidate Tommy Thompson (R) acknowledged during a debate on Thursday that he recently sold stock in a company that did business with Iran, only after news reports highlighted his interests in the companies. The admission came as the former governor accused challenger Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) of being soft on the regime and voting against sanctions."

  2. Remember to note "Paid by union wages" or "Paid by a union supporter" on your check or CC slip. And tipping in cash is preferable.
