Chris Abele boasts that his proposed 2013 budget for Milwaukee County does not rely on any "ghost revenue," money that might not materialize.
But it sure does rely on a lot of ghost savings.
And just like Walker's, it's also illegal.

ReplyDeleteWhen people think of Milwaukee, it's "Brats and Beer", and never "Ethics and Education".
They need to start offering ethical & educated ones to elect! :p Hard to elect what isn't available. :(
