Paul Ryan & Scott Walker Disgust Me!

When the Janesville GM Plant closed it ended an era that went back to the original opening of the plant in 1919! It's official closing date was December 23, 2008 - Merry Christmas Janesville!

President Obama while elected in a landslide November 2008, was Inaugerated January 21st, 2009.

Paul Ryan (R-Wall St.) even knows the hard times that the closing heaped on the city and surrounding  area's because he supposedly has many "friends" affected.

A lot of guys I went to high school with worked at that GM plant. Right there at that plant, candidate Obama said: “I believe that if our government is there to support you … this plant will be here for another hundred years.”  That’s what he said in 2008. Well, as it turned out, that plant didn’t last another year.  It is locked up and empty to this day.  And that’s how it is in so many towns today, where the recovery that was promised is nowhere in sight.
Yes do the math and read the quote and you realize what an incredible POS Paul Ryan really is!   The closing of that plant severely effected many families.   The Pure devastation to some families is documented in the film As Goes Janesville

All of the pain and suffering that that plant closed and now Paul Ryan is lying about it and using it as a way to gain political capital. That shows the complete disdain he has for the middle class, and the people of the 1st congressional district.
To make matters worse, his good friend and political sell out Scott Walker, couldn't wait to throw the people of Janesville under the bus also and help his good friend Pink Slip Paul out. However he made a major mistake when we stepped to the mic with Rachel Maddow who is far and away his intellectual superior:

Sorry Scooter your not on Fox & Friends anymore!

The complete lack of morals and character that allows them to lie about something so important to the people of Wisconsin shows that they are even worse people and have worse character than I ever imagined! They disgust me!

  1. If Scott Walker and Paul Ryan are going to blame President Obama for closing the GM plant in Janesville, let us remember this billboard in front of the shuttered plant... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZkjOScQiYE

  2. Check out this commentary at Fox News website.

Paul Ryan’s speech in 3 words...

    ...
    2. Deceiving

On the other hand, to anyone paying the slightest bit of attention to facts, Ryan’s speech was an apparent attempt to set the world record for the greatest number of blatant lies and misrepresentations slipped into a single political speech. On this measure, while it was Romney who ran the Olympics, Ryan earned the gold....

The first word is dazzling, and the third word is distracting.

The smackdown of Paul Ryan's speech ends with this:

At the end of his speech, Ryan quoted his dad, who used to say to him, “"Son. You have a choice: You can be part of the problem, or you can be part of the solution."

Ryan may have helped solve some of the likeability problems facing Romney, but ultimately by trying to deceive voters about basic facts and trying to distract voters from his own record, Ryan’s speech caused a much larger problem for himself and his running mate.

While Kohn is not your average Fox hack, the measure of the failure of Ryan's speech is when Chris Wallace points out the lies in it. Which he did. He just did not call them lies.

  3. Former Bush Press Secretary Ari Fleischer shows how it is done on CNN.

CNN's Ari Fleischer Fails At Fact-Checking Janesville Auto Plant Myth

CNN contributor Ari Fleisher distorted the history of a Wisconsin auto plant that closed in 2008, a dishonest attempt to defend Paul Ryan from scrutiny over false claims he has made

Cites the Urinal Sentinel in doing so.

  4. So let me get this straight, Ryan is pissed that Socialist Obama did not step in and use government money to save the GM plant? Even tho he wasn't president then. This is the stuff that really steams my oysters, blaming the economy on Obama and his policies when he hasn't had a chance to implement them. It was repub policies during Bush and it's still repub policies. The big story of the past four years has been the complete obstructionism of the repubs and then lying about it.

  5. The Typublicrites were in full fury last night. The lies far outweighed the truths, and the fact that all their lemmings just sat and cheered made it all seem like a bad movie about brainwashed people preparing to take over the world.

  6. GM Plant closed in 2009. Obama in a 2008 visit said that government could help keeps plants like Janesville open

  7. sorry that just not true. a few people staying on to finish a contract while more than 1200 get laid off is not the plant being open.

Government could help plants like that stay open.

  8. Obama didn't become President until January 2009. GM chose to close Janesville's doors, quite a Christmas present for Janesville, and Obama as well.
This is all taking place just following Bush's scheme to bail out the big banks, who lost incredible amounts of money in a meltdown (incredible fraud loans, risky financial instruments). Lehman Brothers went down, but none after would be allowed to: Too Big To Fail. Bailouts are taken on by the government, and the public's tax dollars are used to bail them out.
Notice how they never complain about them bailing out banks, but all the complaints are about what happened after the banks were saved?

Ry Cooder also had a wonderful video describing this whole scenario. Please view before the upcoming Democratic convention:

  9. Don't you think this is a case of the GOP taking an obvious weakness and trying to change the facts to cover up their weakness?
